About Meredith Jacobson

My “big break” in entertainment was as a production assistant on a Disney series. What stuck with me wasn't the actors or the glamour of Hollywood - it was the crew. The show ran like a well-oiled machine because there was trust, clear communication, and humor. It wasn’t perfect or free of conflict (nothing is), but it was my first glimpse of a truth I've come back to my whole career: meaningful work is often tied to effective teamwork.
Over the next decade, I immersed myself in the fast-growing industry that has since been named “The Creator Economy.” I started in talent management at Studio71 in the early days of YouTube, doubled down on influencer strategy and branded entertainment in New York, and went corporate for a bit at Digitas in Boston. I worked with creators like FRED and Logan Paul, developed campaigns for brands including Dunkin' and Ubisoft, and reviewed hundreds of pitches from agencies, creator companies, and tech platforms.

What I saw, again and again: success rarely comes down to algorithms or tactics. It depends on relationships - and it shows when they're missing. In my role at Digitas, I witnessed agencies claiming to represent creators they didn't, brands buying seven-figure programs nobody could measure, and talented people blowing up overnight with no one trustworthy in their corner.
So, I went out on my own to offer the kind of honest, relationship-driven guidance that I knew to be critical for success. Based in Boston and deeply connected in New York and LA, I became a bridge between companies that need support and the professionals best equipped to provide it, between creators and the brands that are right for them, and between independent solopreneurs and the colleagues they've been missing.
