Welcome to my little corner of the internet. My name is Meredith, and I'm a connector. I place people with jobs, help them make friends, and facilitate opportunities for brands and creators to bring big ideas to life.
I grew up outside of Boston, launched my career in Los Angeles and spent three years in New York before returning to my roots. The people I’ve met along the way and the cultures of each city have shaped who I am, what I value, and how I operate.
About Me
I’ve been facilitating partnerships and building creator-led programs between brands, agencies, and creators since 2014. I began my journey in the space working for creators and brands at agencies (Studio71, Branded Entertainment Network, and Digitas), and then launched a consulting company in 2019. Since going freelance, I’ve supported over 30 brand teams, including projects for LiveNation, Hormel Foods, Google, and SpotOn GPS Dog Fence. In 2020, I started managing the business of the Internet’s Favorite Dad, @DadAdviceFromBo.
Given my unique vantage point and vast network, I launched a white glove placements business called Offscreen Resources. The mission of the business is to place vetted Influencer Marketing & Creator Economy professionals in freelance or full time roles. These individuals range from brand & agency side campaign managers & strategists to Creator COOs and business managers.
I speak weekly with professionals seeking employment at every level, hiring managers at growing companies and FT employees looking to jump ship. Additionally, I review and negotiate a stream of inbound requests from brands, agencies, platforms, and creator services on Bo's behalf. This access to diverse voices in the industry fuels my perspective on the state of our work, predictions for the future, and opportunities for growth. My passion is sharing this knowledge and facilitating opportunities for professionals to connect and collaborate.
